On July 11, 2026, at the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), Financial Software Solutions Joint Stock Company (FSS) was honored with a commemorative award in recognition of its contributions to information technology development and its continued support in advancing the technology infrastructure of Vietnam’s securities market.
The anniversary marked an important milestone in VSDC’s 20-year journey of growth and development. As the country’s central securities depository and clearing institution, VSDC has played a pivotal role in building and operating the post-trade infrastructure of Vietnam’s capital market. The event was attended by senior representatives from the Government, the Ministry of Finance, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, stock exchanges, securities firms, custodian banks, and numerous domestic and international financial institutions. Over the past two decades, VSDC has continuously modernized its technology infrastructure, expanded its services, and enhanced the efficiency of post-trade operations, contributing to a more transparent, secure, and efficient securities market.
Representing FSS at the event were Mr. Luc Dinh Vinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Ngo Quang Huy, Deputy Chief Executive Officer. During the ceremony, FSS was recognized as one of only three technology companies honored by VSDC for their outstanding contributions to information technology development, alongside FPT IS and NAVISOFT. This recognition reflects VSDC’s appreciation for FSS’s long-term partnership and contributions to the modernization of the technology infrastructure supporting Vietnam’s securities market.
