FSS was established on March 18, 2008 by a group of experts who had many years of experience in developing and implementing software solutions for customers in the field of financial industry in Vietnam and ASEAN.
After 18 years in operation, FSS has become one of the leading financial software companies in Vietnam and been trusted by many clients, including large banks and securities companies such as BIDV, TechcomBank, VPBank, MBBank, VNDirect, VCBS, BSC, BVSC, etc.
With the philosophy based on long-term commitment, high professionalism, and deep understanding of customer needs, FSS always strives to bring success and long-term benefits to its customers and staff members.
On March 18, 2008, FSS was established by a team of experts in financial technologies, banking, and securities, marking the beginning of our journey.
Later that year, in August 2008, FSS opened its Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
If 2008 marked the birth of FSS with the aspiration to develop “Make in Vietnam” financial technology solutions, the period from 2009 to 2013 marked FSS’s initial market penetration and early milestones.
During this time, FSS successfully implemented key software projects for major clients, including core securities trading systems for VNDirect and gold trading platforms for Sacombank and Eximbank, reinforcing its technological capabilities and market credibility.
In 2011, FSS signed its first contract to implement a centralized data warehouse system for Maritime Bank, marking the company’s strategic expansion into the banking data warehouse domain.
By 2015, FSS had established itself as a leading provider of core securities trading software solutions in Vietnam, earning the trust of large clients such as VNDirect, Sacombank Securities, Bao Viet Securities, Vietcombank Securities, and BIDV Securities.
In the banking sector, FSS successfully implemented large-scale data warehouse and reporting systems for big banks including BIDV, Techcombank, VPBank, and MBBank, further reinforcing its leading position in banking data warehouse solutions.
During this period, FSS also established the Government Software Solutions Center, securing its first contract to provide software solutions for the General Department of Taxation.
With the foundation of the Vietnamese derivatives trading market, FSS invested R&D and developed the FDS software, which was then the first derivatives trading software solution launched in the market.
In line with the global trend of shifting towards cloud computing, FSS has built its capability to deploy large data systems on the cloud. To date, FSS has been deploying large Data lakehouse systems on the AWS cloud for many clients such as Techcombank, VPBank, Mcredit, VIB, etc…
2023 marks the 15th anniversary of FSS – a journey from a group of technology-passionate engineers to a business of nearly 400 members, firmly establishing itself as a trusted technology partner for many financial companies in Vietnam.
Also in this year, the Government Center was renamed the Digital Transformation Service Center, reflecting FSS’s new strategic direction, expanding into the broader field of digital transformation.
In February 2025, FSS expanded its ecosystem by establishing the subsidiary company – ITP Technologies – which specialized on providing technology platform for the commodities trading.
The launch of ITP not only expanded FSS’s ecosystem but also demonstrated its aspiration to build specialized, pioneering, and breakthrough technology capabilities – ready to conquer markets and meet the rapidly changing needs of the digital era.
